I was feeling like chopping and cutting and cooking today…so I did. I made quite a simple dish – yakisoba. Basically, it’s Japanese for “fried noodles”. I bought the noodles and sauce in a Japanese grocery shop in my town, and just added a few more ingredients to make it merrier! And tadaaaa…..here it is:
I sort of followed an online recipe by cookingwithdog. Definitely check it out if you have the time. It provides quite comprehensive and easy Japanese recipes, although some of the ingredients may be difficult to find outside Japan.

p.s. My noodles tasted yummy!!! But I didn’t make the sauce so I guess it wasn’t exactly because I’m a good cook that it tasted good lol.
